Being our first year at organizing this event, we ended up taking a much longer route than expected. Our intentions were to make the rally a whole day event with a pass through more winding back roads however this proved to be a big mistake when drivers were taking almost 12 hours to drive down to a destination that normally takes 6 to 7 hours to get to. Lesson learned!

The 2007 Orangeball Rally from Montreal to Waterfest. This was the first year of the Orangeball Rally (and also the longest in terms of driving distance & time), this year also saw our first and only accident. Mark was driving down the I-87 when a blown tire laying on the highway was picked up by a passing Subaru and flung onto the front end of his Blue Lagoon MK4 Jetta. Mark was thankfully unharmed but the towing home put a serious dent in his pocket. Being our first year at organizing this event, we ended up taking a much longer route than expected.
